The other day a client wanted me to diagnose her Dell Latitude D620 laptop. Her screen images were very fuzzy and blurry, and she asked me to take a look.

The first thing that I did was to hook up the laptop to an external monitor. The screen image was crystal clear on the external monitor so I knew that we were dealing with a bad laptop screen.
