Hello everyone,
If you have a website and you are enthusiastic about your particular interest/topic/craft, then you will naturally want other people to “see your stuff”. Some people set up a website (blog) just to sell things which I believe is actually “putting the cart before the horse”.
Why not try to help and educate people instead of trying to sell them things? Once your readers/viewers come to like your site and the things that you have to say, they will begin to trust you and eventually feel more inclined to possibly contribute in other ways (whatever those ways may be).
I think that every website owner should know some basics about SEO (Search Engine Optimization). I have written two previous posts about SEO here (#1) and here (#2). Today I would like to give you a great video interview with Google SEO expert Maile Ohye. Maile covers some great but basic issues that all website owners should find very valuable and quite interesting.

Good Post Professor Randy,
While we’re on “Important SEO Issues That You Should Know”: If your pages have lots of textual content, you can make it easier for the visitors to find what they require, by providing internal links to different sections inside the same web page.
