Firefox Add-on Issues

Firefox is experiencing Add-on Problems due to the accidental expiry of a certificate used to sign add-ons. This results in the following message bar appearing: One or more installed add-ons cannot be verified and have been disabled. Mozilla is working on a proper fix, but for now, a workaround is to go to Firefox Options>Privacy & Security, scroll down and tick the ‘Allow Firefox to send technical and interaction data to Mozilla’ option, then tick the ‘Allow Firefox to install and run studies’ option. It may take up to 6 hours for this Study hotfix to be downloaded and applied to Firefox.

Update: Some people are reporting this as being fixed, but my Firefox is still affected. One unsupported workaround that works straight away is provided here.
